Tarek Hussein (born 3 July 1978), better known by his stage name Tarééc, is a German R&B singer of Lebanese and Palestinian descent. He was previously part of the German boy band The Boyz where he was known as T-Soul. The Boyz Through the talent show ''Blonds Talent Award'', Hussein got discovered and shortly thereafter made his first studio recording and became a member of the boy band The Boyz in 1996. The group included himself under the name "T-Soul", as well as Florian Fischer ("Flow"), Adel Tawil ("Kane"), Salvatore Di Blasi, and Stephane Claudio Kroll-Marongiu. The Boyz released two studio albums, ''Boyz in da House'' in 1997 and ''Next Level'' in 1998. Their single "One Minute" attained gold status. They split up in 1999. Solo career After the dissolution of The Boyz, Tarek fell into depression and became a drug addict. Ersguterjunge
ersguterjunge is an independent German hip hop label distributed by Sony BMG. It was founded by rappers D-Bo and Bushido in 2004, after he left the indie label Aggro Berlin. Bushido is the managing director. ''ersguterjunge'' is a reflexion on some of Germany's immigrant population's slang for standard German "''er ist ein guter Junge''" ("he is a good boy"). History Bass Sultan Hengzt was signed in 2005, but left shortly after the release of his album ''Rap braucht immer noch kein Abitur''. The Boyz (German Band)
The Boyz was a German boy band formed in Berlin in 1996 with encouragement from music producer Triple-M. Their biggest success was in 1998 when their single "One Minute" made it to the top-10 both in Germany (No. 9) and Switzerland (No. 8). The single eventually reached the gold status in Germany selling over 250,000 units. Career Florian Fischer and Adel Tawil got acquainted through the club scene in Berlin in 1993. Tawil convinced Tarek Hussein and in 1995 the trio got the attention of Triple M-Management during a talent competition. Adel Salah Mahmoud Eid El-Tawil (born 15 August 1978) is a German singer, songwriter and producer. Besides his solo career, he is part of the popular German duo Ich + Ich and a former member of the boy band The Boyz. Early life Tawil was born in Berlin. Anis Mohamed Youssef Ferchichi (born 28 September 1978), better known by his alias Bushido, is a German rapper, Hip hop production, hip-hop producer, and entrepreneur. Peter Pangerl (born 22 February 1981), better known as Chakuza, is an Austrian rapper. Career After finishing an apprenticeship to become chef, he teamed up with DJ Stickle and MC J and formed the hip hop group ''Verbale Systematik''.
