Taoyuan Zhongzheng Arts and Cultural Business District ( zh, 桃園中正藝文特區) is located on the north side of Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The total area of Taoyuan Zhongzheng Arts and Cultural Business District is 15.65 hectares. It was designed in the 2000s and developed from the 2010s onward, when Taoyuan City was still Taoyuan County. The Taoyuan Metro (formerly Taoyuan Rail Transit and officially Taoyuan Mass Rapid Transit System) is a rapid transit system serving Taoyuan City in Taiwan. The most recently proposed network includes 11 lines and extensions, of which 2 are now under construction. Taoyuan District (), formerly known as Taoyuan City () prior to the establishment of the special municipality of Taoyuan in 2014, is a district of Taoyuan City in northwestern Taiwan. The municipal seat of Taoyuan City is situated within its borders. Xinban Special District ( zh, 新板特區), also known as New Banqiao Station Special Zone, is located in Banqiao District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The total area of Xinban Special District is 54 hectares. Taoyuan Main Public Library () is the central library of Taoyuan, Taiwan. It is located on Nanping Road, Taoyuan District, and it is a part of Taoyuan Zhongzheng Arts and Cultural Business District. The main library was estimated to be completed by the end of 2021, and it began trial operation on December 17th, 2022.
