Tanyu Kiryakov
Tanyu Kiryakov ( bg, Таню Киряков, born 2 March 1963) is a Bulgarian pistol shooter, the first shooter to have won Olympic gold medals in both the 50 metre pistol event and the 10 metre air pistol event, in which he was also the first Olympic champion. He is also the only Bulgarian to have won two gold medals from Summer Olympics. He is considered to be one of the all-time best and his versatile skills and continued excellence have won him numerous fans. Hikmet Tanyu
Hikmet Tanyu (1918 – 1992) was a Turkish scientist and college professor of philosophy and history of religions who specialized in Jewish religious history. He studied in Israel in the 1970s and wrote a book titled ''Jews and Turks throughout History'' which examines Jewish history and relations between Jewish and Turkish societies through history. This book is considered as the first serious approach to the Jewish history in Turkey. Tanyu was also a devoted nationalist in the Republic of Turkey in the 1940s, he was tried in the Racism-Turanism trials. He was acquitted and released after six months in prison. Tan Yu (; 5 April 1927 – 12 March 2002) was a Chinese-Filipino philanthropist and businessman who founded the Asiaworld Internationale Group and established the KTTI Foundation, which provided scholarships to and supported the education of thousands of young students. In 1997, Forbes listed Tan Yu as the 7th wealthiest person in the world, estimating his net worth to be about $7 billion. He was placed amongst the top 10 in the world on the Forbes List of World Billionaires 1997, making him wealthiest man in the Philippines.
