Tantowi Yahya
Tantowi Yahya (born 29 October 1960 in Palembang) is an Indonesian artist, presenter and politician who is a former Ambassador of Indonesia to New Zealand, Samoa and Tonga. He is most famous for hosting the Indonesian version of ''Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? (Indonesian game show), Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?''. In 2009, Tantowi became member of Indonesian parliament from Golkar Party, representing South Sumatra province. In 2014, he was reelected and this time he represented the capital city, Jakarta. Personal life Tantowi was born in Palembang, South Sumatra on 29 October 1960 as the forth of five children of Yahya Matusin and Komariah. Tantowi was born and raised in a simple family. Joko Widodo
Joko Widodo (; born 21 June 1961), popularly known as Jokowi, is an Indonesian politician and businessman who is the 7th and current president of Indonesia. TVRI
TVRI (, Television of the Republic of Indonesia), legally ( Public Broadcasting Institution Television of the Republic of Indonesia) is a public television network and the oldest television network in Indonesia. Its national headquarters is in Gelora, Central Jakarta. TVRI monopolized television broadcasting in Indonesia until 24 August 1989, when the first commercial television station RCTI went on the air. Alongside RRI, TVRI was converted into a public broadcaster on 18 March 2005, becoming the first public broadcaster in the country. TVRI currently broadcasts throughout the country with both analog and digital means of broadcast. The Australian Broadcasting Company Pty. Ltd. was a company founded in Melbourne in 1924 with a capital of £A 100,000 by a consortium of entertainment interests, notably Farmer & Company, J. C. 2009 Indonesian Legislative Election
Legislative elections were held in Indonesia on 9 April 2009 for 132 seats of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) and 560 seats of the People's Representative Council (DPR). A total of 38 parties met the requirements to be allowed to participate in the national elections, with a further six contesting in Aceh only.
