Tania Miller (actress)
Tania Miller (born August 28, 1969, in Foam Lake, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian conductor. She is currently Music Director Emerita of the Victoria Symphony following her retirement as music director, a post she had held since 2003. Prior to that, she was Assistant Conductor (2000–03) and then Associate Conductor (2003–04) of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. At the time of her appointment to the Victoria Symphony, Miller was 33 years old, and was the youngest conductor of a major Canadian orchestra. She was also the first woman appointed to lead such an orchestra. She was named Interim Principal Conductor of the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra, following the death of music director Bramwell Tovey, in 2022. Foam Lake
Foam Lake is a town in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada. It had a population of 1,123 in 2006. It is located in a mixed agricultural area approximately 220 km south-east of Saskatoon on the Yellowhead Highway. Foam Lake, the lake for which the town is named, is located about to the north-west. History Foam Lake was founded in 1882 by Joshua Milligan, an English fur trader. It was subsequently settled by Icelanders, Ukrainians, and various English-speaking nationalities. It was incorporated as a town in 1924. The Foam Lake Museum (c. 1926) is a Municipal Heritage Property on the Canadian Register of Historic Places. Orchestra London
Orchestra London Canada was a professional Canadian symphony orchestra based in London, Ontario. The orchestra was founded by conductor and violinist Bruce Sharpe in 1937 with the name the London Civic Symphony Orchestra. In 1957 the orchestra changed its name to the London Symphony Orchestra, and it adopted its current name in 1981. After weeks of speculation, the orchestra ceased operations on December 11, 2014 due to massive budget shortfalls. The musicians of the now bankrupt organization formally filed for bankruptcy on behalf of the orchestra on May 22, 2015. Despite this, the contracted musicians of the ensemble have continued to put on self-produced concerts within the London community. Until early, former musicians of the ensemble played under the identity, "#WePlayOn". Bern Symphony Orchestra
The Bern Symphony Orchestra (Berner Symphonie-Orchester) is a Swiss orchestra based in Bern. The orchestra primarily gives concerts at the ''Kursaal'' in Bern, and also acts as the orchestra of the Bern Theatre, for opera and dance performances. The orchestra is under the auspices of the ''Stiftung Berner Symphonieorchester'', and receives government funding from the federal government of Switzerland and the canton and city of Bern. Hartford Symphony

The Toledo Alliance for the Performing Arts was created in 2019 when the Toledo Symphony Orchestra and the Toledo Ballet merged. Based in Toledo, Ohio, it operated with a $13.2 million budget in its fiscal year 2020 and maintains the two brand names Toledo Symphony (sic) and Toledo Ballet, each with its own website. The Tucson Symphony Orchestra, or TSO, is the primary professional orchestra of Tucson, Arizona. Founded in 1928, when the season consisted of just two concerts, the TSO is the oldest continuously running performing arts organization in the Southwest. The Oregon Symphony is an American symphony orchestra based in Portland, Oregon, United States. Founded as the 'Portland Symphony Society' in 1896, it is the sixth oldest orchestra in the United States, and oldest in the Western United States. The Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra is an orchestra based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The orchestra gives the majority of its performances in the Jack Singer Concert Hall at Arts Commons. Edmonton Symphony
The Edmonton Symphony Orchestra (ESO) is a Canadian orchestra based in Edmonton, Alberta.
