Alina Henadzeuna Talay ( be, Аліна Генадзеўна Талай; born 14 May 1989) is a Belarusian track and field athlete who specialises in the 100 metres hurdles. Career She was fourth in the event at the 2008 World Junior Championships in Athletics and won the bronze medal at the 2009 European Athletics U23 Championships a year after. Talay began competing in the senior ranks in 2009 and was a semi-finalist in the 60 metres hurdles at the 2009 European Athletics Indoor Championships. She dipped under 13 seconds for the 100 m hurdles for the first time in 2010 and ended the year having a personal best of 12.87 seconds. Mustafa İstemihan Talay (born 1945) is a Turkish politician and former government minister. Early life İstemihan Talay was born to İbrahim Rifat and Emine in Tarsus ilçe (district) of Mersin Province in 1945. He completed Tarsus American College in 1964, and studied in the Faculty of Political Sciences in Ankara University. After obtaining a Master's degree in Public Administration, he began working as a civil servant. He was appointed kaymakam (district governor) of Bozcaada and Vezirköprü ilçes. Ufuk Talay (born 26 March 1976) is an Australian football coach and former player. Talay was suited to play in central midfield and was known for his good distribution and on-field vision. He is the current manager of Wellington Phoenix. Club career Talay first entered a national competition for Marconi-Fairfield in the now defunct NSL, as first an understudy to Steve Corica and later as a midfield partner.
