Take This to Heart Records, sometimes abbreviated as TTTH or T3H, is an American independent record label. Overview Take This to Heart Records was founded by Joe Urban in Boston, Massachusetts in 2012. Prior to founding the label, Urban toured with bands and worked at Zing Recording Studios in Westfield, Massachusetts, Westfield, Massachusetts; it was at Zing where he was inspired to start a label for smaller artists. The name came from a brainstorming session where Urban reportedly said, "I really want people to take these records to heart." Urban drew influence from labels like Saddle Creek Records, Saddle Creek, Vagrant Records, Vagrant, Drive-Thru Records, Drive-Thru, and Asian Man Records. McCafferty (band)
McCafferty is an American indie rock band from Medina, Ohio. The band's lineup currently consists of Nick Hartkop on guitar and vocals and his partner Emily Hartkop on bass. The band's early releases feature Hartkop performing solo and producing an acoustic dance-punk sound. In later recordings, following the addition of Graham, and subsequently Joecken and Easterly, the band has evolved to encompass a pop-punk and emo sound. The band later reformed in 2018, without Joecken, who went to on to form Sister Sandy with Easterly, while Hartkop's wife Emily Hartkop replaced Joecken on bass. The band has notoriously gone through several breakups and reformations, most recently in February 2020 where all remaining members left the band aside from Nick and Emily. Rat Tally is the stage name of American indie rock musician Addy Harris. Harris is currently based in Chicago, Illinois. History Harris began releasing music in 2019, when she self-released her debut EP titled ''When You Wake Up''. This release caught the attention of Richmond, Virginia based record label 6131 Records. In 2021, Harris signed to the label and released a new song titled "Shrug". Harris announced in mid 2022 her debut album, ''In My Car'', which is set to be released through 6131 on April 12, 2022. The Wonder Years is an American pop punk band from Lansdale, Pennsylvania, that formed in July 2005. Daniel Jason "Soupy" Campbell (born January 17, 1986) is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist, and record producer from Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Power Pop
Power pop (also typeset as powerpop) is a form of pop rock based on the early music of bands such as the Who, the Beatles, the Beach Boys, and the Byrds.
