TaiwanBeer HeroBears
The TaiwanBeer HeroBears ( zh, 台灣啤酒英熊) are a Taiwanese professional basketball team based in Taipei City, Taiwan. They have competed in the T1 League since the 2021–22 season, and play their home games at the Tianmu Campus, University of Taipei, University of Taipei Tianmu Campus Gymnasium. The HeroBears became one of the six teams of the inaugural T1 League season. In 2021, following the establishment of T1 League, Super Basketball League team Taiwan Beer (basketball), Taiwan Beer basketball team splitted the team in two, which one of both joined T1 League and rebranded to TaiwanBeer HeroBears. T1 League
The T1 League is a Taiwanese men's professional basketball league founded in 2021. It is the third professional basketball league in Taiwan after the Chinese Basketball Alliance (CBA) and the P. League+ (PLG). In the 2022–23 season, the T1 League consists of six teams, the Kaohsiung Aquas, the New Taipei CTBC DEA, the Taichung Suns, the Tainan TSG GhostHawks, the TaiwanBeer HeroBears, and the Taoyuan Leopards. Tyler Lamb
Tyler Lamb (born May 16, 1991) is a Thai-American professional basketball player. He played college basketball for UCLA and Long Beach State. Tyler began his professional career in his mother's homeland, Thailand. Early life Lamb was born in West Covina, California. His mother, Cherry, is Thai, and his father, Terry, is American. Lamb attended Mater Dei High in Santa Ana. College career Lamb started his college career for the UCLA Bruins in 2010. After three years, he transferred to Long Beach State. 2021–22 T1 League Season
The 2021–22 T1 League season is the first season of the T1 League, with the Kaohsiung Aquas, the New Taipei CTBC DEA, the Taichung Wagor Suns, the Tainan TSG GhostHawks, the TaiwanBeer HeroBears and the Taoyuan Leopards participate in this competition. The regular season started on November 27, 2021, and is scheduled to end on May 8, 2022. Season Format * Each team play against another six times, three at home and three on the road, respectively, leads to 30 matches in total in regular season. * Wild-card Series: Best-of-three series. The 2022–23 TaiwanBeer HeroBears season was the franchise's 2nd season, its second season in the T1 League, its 2nd in Taipei City. The 2022 T1 League playoffs was the postseason tournament of the T1 League's 2021–22 T1 League season, 2021–22 season. The play-in series was played on May 22. The semifinals series started on May 24 and ended on May 28. The finals series started on May 31 and ended on June 4. Kaohsiung Aquas
The Kaohsiung Aquas ( zh, 高雄全家海神) are a Taiwanese professional basketball team based in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. They have competed in the T1 League since the 2021–22 season, and play their home games at the Kaohsiung Arena. The Aquas became one of the six teams of the inaugural T1 League season.
