Altair is the brightest star in the constellation of Aquila and the twelfth-brightest star in the night sky. It has the Bayer designation Alpha Aquilae, which is Latinised from α Aquilae and abbreviated Alpha Aql or α Aql. Tair Carn Uchaf
is a hill in the Brecon Beacons National Park ( cy, Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog) in the county of Carmarthenshire, Wales. Its summit sits atop a plateau-like ridge at above sea level and is marked by one of the three huge cairns which give the mountain its name. The main ridge leads southwest towards the subsidiary top of Tair Carn Isaf ("Lower Three Cairns", ), which hosts further cairns. The summit of this top lies at , whilst a trig point just to its southwest lies at a height of 459 metres (1505'). Tair is the name of a series of prime lenses manufactured by KMZ in the Soviet Union. Tair 11 The Tair 11 series have a focal length of 133mm with a maximum aperture of f/2.8. Variants include the Tair 11A for the M42 lens mount and the original Tair 11 for the M39 lens mount. The Tair 11-T is a "Technical" or "Television" for cinecamera or surveillance. Zenit (russian: Зени́т) is a Russian (and formerly Soviet) camera brand manufactured by KMZ in the town of Krasnogorsk near Moscow since 1952 and by BelOMO in Belarus since the 1970s. The Zenit trademark is associated with 35 mm SLR cameras. Alexander Yakovlevich Tairov (russian: Александр Яковлевич Таиров; uk, Олександр Якович Таїров; 6 July 1885 – 5 September 1950) was a leading innovator and theatre director in Russia before and during the Soviet Union, Soviet era. Biography Childhood Aleksandr Tairov was born Aleksandr Yakovlevich Korenblit on July 6, 1885, in Romny, Russian Empire. His father, Yakov Korenblit, was the headmaster of a primary school in Berdichev. At the age of 10, young Tairov moved to Kiev and settled with his aunt, a retired actress.
