Taboo (rapper)
Jaime Luis Gomez (born July 14, 1975), better known by the stage names Taboo, or Taboo Nawasha is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, actor, DJ and comic book writer, best known as a member of the musical group Black Eyed Peas. Early life Jaime Luis Gomez was born in Los Angeles, California. His parents were both from Mexico. He attended Rosemead High School (class of 1993), and was educated at Richard Garvey Intermediate School. He also has Shoshone heritage from his grandmother. Music career 1995–present: The Black Eyed Peas The Black Eyed Peas date back to 1988, when eighth-graders William Adams (will.i.am) and Allan Pineda (apl.de.ap) met and began rapping and performing together around Los Angeles. A.T.B.A.N Klann ''(A Tribe Beyond a Nation)'' was a hip hop group whose members were Will 1X, apl.de.ap, Mooky Mook, and DJ Motiv8. The Atban Klann were signed to Eazy-E's Ruthless Records. Will 1X (who later changed his stage name to will.i.am) and apl.de.ap were first signed by Eazy-E when they were in high school and would later become members of The Black Eyed Peas. History The group was signed to Ruthless Records in 1992 and made their debut on Eazy-E's EP, '' 5150: Home 4 tha Sick'' on the track entitled "Merry Muthaphuckkin' Xmas". Stacy Ann Ferguson (born March 27, 1975), better known by her stage name Fergie (), is an American singer and rapper. She first achieved chart success as part of the hip hop group the Black Eyed Peas. Her debut solo album, ''The Dutchess'' (2006), saw commercial success and spawned three ''Billboard'' Hot 100 number one singles: "London Bridge", " Glamorous", and "Big Girls Don't Cry".
