TV4 AB (formerly Nordisk Television AB; previously traded as ) is a Swedish media company owned by Telia Company through TV4 Media (formerly known as Bonnier Broadcasting). The company owns the largest commercial television channel in Sweden, TV4. From 2007 until 2019, TV4 AB was owned by Bonnier, with Bonnier Broadcasting AB being its parent since 2016. The stock used to be traded at the Stockholm Stock Exchange (OM), but was removed from the OM when Bonnier took full control of the company. On 20 July 2018, Telia Company announced the acquisition proposal of the Bonnier Broadcasting, which includes this company, for 9.2 billion SEK (roughly US$1 billion). The acquisition was completed on December 2, 2019. TV4 Fakta
TV4 Fakta is a Swedish documentary television channel owned by the TV4 Group. It started broadcasting in 2005. Much of the programming is taken from A+E Networks. Since December 2005, the remainder of the schedule is filled with the English language Euronews. The TV4 Group bought a stake in Euronews in June 2006. TV4 Fakta was the first channel owned by the TV4 Group that was not broadcast from Sweden. It is broadcast from Finland, where the advertising laws are more liberal. In November 2006, a Finnish version of the channel, called MTV3 Fakta, was launched in cooperation with MTV3. The channel have been broadcasting from Sweden since 2009. ''Expressen'' (''The Express'') is one of two nationwide evening newspapers in Sweden, the other being '' Aftonbladet''. ''Expressen'' was founded in 1944; its symbol is a wasp and its slogans are "it stings" or "''Expressen'' to your rescue". Overview The first edition of ''Expressen'' was published on 16 November 1944. A main feature that day was an interview with the crew members of a British bomber who were successful in sinking the German ship ''Tirpitz''. A project of Albert Bonnier Jr., Carl-Adam Nycop, and Ivar Harrie – who was to become the first editor-in-chief – Expressen was created in part to push back against " national socialism and related violent ideologies." TV4 Sport was a Swedish sports television channel owned by television company TV4 AB, with the tabloid newspaper ''Expressen'' owning a minor share. In April 2014, a sports channel similar to TV4 Sport is launched as TV12 by the same company, replacing :sv:TV4 Sport Xtra. This channel was previously called TV4 Sport Xtra, with the name changed to TV4 Sport as TV12 was launched). TV4 Komedi was a sister subchannel of Swedish TV4, owned by TV4 Group. The channel focuses on comedy only with sitcoms, comedy shows and talk shows. The channel airs classic sitcoms like '' ALF'', ''Family Matters'', ''Cheers'', ''Hope & Faith'', ''Will & Grace'', ''The Golden Girls'' together with newer shows such as the ''Late Show with David Letterman'', ''30 Rock'' and ''Parks and Recreation''. The channel was launched on November 3, 2006 along with TV4 Guld. The first programme aired on the channel was Father of the Bride Part II. On its launch, both TV4 Guld and TV4 Komedi were available on Com Hem's digital cable TV and Canal Digital's satellite package.
