"TKO" is a song recorded by American singer-songwriter Justin Timberlake for his fourth studio album, ''The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2'' (2013). It was written and produced by Timberlake, Timbaland, Timothy "Timbaland" Mosley and Jerome "J-Roc" Harmon, with additional writing from James Fauntleroy and a sample of Barry White's "Somebody's Gonna off the Man". Punch The Clock
''Punch the Clock'' is the eighth studio album by English singer-songwriter Elvis Costello, and his seventh with the Attractions—keyboardist Steve Nieve, bassist Bruce Thomas and drummer Pete Thomas (no relation). It was released on 5 August 1983 through F-Beat Records in the United Kingdom and Columbia Records in the United States. Produced by Clive Langer and Alan Winstanley, one of England's biggest pop production teams at the time, the album was Costello's attempt at making a commercial record following years of dwindling commercial success. It was recorded at London's AIR Studios in early 1983 and features contributions from a horn section, the TKO Horns, and backing vocalists, Afrodiziak. Employing genres such as new wave, pop rock, R&B and soul, commentators have compared the album's sound to Costello's previous records ''Armed Forces'' (1979) and '' Get Happy!!'' (1980). The songs are filled with catchy choruses and lyrics covering relationships and political ...

Tie Extractor/inserter
A Tie exchanger (also known as a TKO for Tie Knock Out, or by various combinations of tie exchanger, extractor, replacer, or inserter) is a self-propelled railroad maintenance of way vehicle that removes old railroad ties (also known as sleepers) from tracks and inserts new ones. By using mechanical and hydraulic force, a tie extractor/inserter can replace ties much faster and with more precision than is possible by hand. The TKO is distinct from the track renewal train, a much more complex machine which replaces the entirety of the rails and ties at once. History While wooden railroad ties are treated with preservatives such as creosote to resist decay, they do not last forever and must be replaced every 20 to 40 years, depending on factors such as climate and the type of wood used. In particularly wet climates, replacement must occur more frequently as the ties rot faster. Ties may also need to be replaced regardless of age after derailments, washouts, or other events that cau ...

Taylor KO Factor
The Taylor knock-out factor, also called Taylor KO factor or TKOF, is a formulaic mathematical approach for evaluating the stopping power of hunting Cartridge (firearms), cartridges, developed by John "Pondoro" Taylor in the middle of the 20th century. Taylor, an elephant hunter and author who wrote two books about rifles and cartridges for African hunting, devised the formula as a means of comparing the ability of a cartridge to deliver a knock out blow to elephant from a shot to the head when the brain is missed. Formula The Taylor KO factor multiplies bullet mass (measured in Grain (measure), grains) by muzzle velocity (measured in feet per second) by bullet diameter (measured in inches) and then divides the product by 7,000, converting the value from grains to pounds and giving a numerical value from 0 to ~150 for normal hunting cartridges. It is proportional to the Momentum, momentum at the muzzle times the diameter of the bullet. Expressed as a fraction, the Taylor KO Factor i ...

Total Knock Out
In professional wrestling, a cutter is a facelock neckbreaker maneuver. This move sees an attacking wrestler first apply a facelock (reaching back and grabbing the head of an opponent, thus pulling the opponent's jaw above the wrestler's shoulder) before falling backwards (sometimes after running forwards first) to force the opponent face-first to the mat below. The cutter was innovated by Johnny Ace, who called it the ''Ace Crusher''. It was later popularized by Diamond Dallas Page, who called it the ''Diamond Cutter'', which is where the move got its name. The cutter also formed the base for the later development of another professional wrestling move known as the stunner. Variations Argentine cutter The attacking wrestler gets the opponent in the Argentine backbreaker position as to execute the Argentine Backbreaker drop. The attacking wrestler then pushes the opponent's legs so that they flip horizontally 180 degrees. As the opponent's weight is being shifted to one si ...
