TC (musician)
Tom Casswell, better known as TC and also as Tommy Boy, is an English drum and bass producer, singer and DJ. He left school and started making music inspired by the sounds of the Bristol scene and the music and atmosphere of St. Paul's, the area of Bristol where he grew up. The first two releases from TC "Get It On" and "Make a Little Space" appeared on Bristol based label BS1 Records. His debut album, ''Evolution'', was released in 2007 on D-Style Recordings. TC also presented the latest edition of ''Watch the Ride'', a compilation CD released several times a year. Scratch Perverts and DJ Zinc have released them previously. His tracks "Deep" (featuring MC Jakes) and "Jump" have achieved critical acclaim in the rave scene. TC has made appearances on shows hosted by Radio 1's Zane Lowe and was regarded as a breath of fresh air in the drum and bass scene. ''Torus'' is the second studio album by British DJ and record producer Sub Focus. The album was released on 30 September 2013, through RAM Records, Mercury Records and Virgin EMI Records. Musical concept and songs ''Torus'' is the geometric name for the shape in Sub Focus' logo. It was originally used on his debut album cover and the shape has played a big part in his live shows as well as in promotion and artwork. The title track was written as an intro to Douwma's live sets, in preparation for a Brixton performance in 2012. He wanted to start his sets with a low tempo and gradually speed up. "Safe in Sound" was one of the earliest tracks to be completed and was written with Seton Daunt and later given the Mary O'Hara sample. Adam F
Adam Fenton (born 8 February 1972) is an English record producer and DJ who has worked across various genres. He is also the co-founder of the drum and bass label Breakbeat Kaos along with DJ Fresh. He found initial success with the 1990s drum and bass singles "Circles", "Metropolis" / "Mother Earth", and "F-Jam", before releasing his debut studio album ''Colours'' in 1997. In 2001, he transitioned into hip hop music, producing the album '' Kaos: The Anti-Acoustic Warfare'', featuring collaborations with LL Cool J, Redman and De La Soul. He later released a remix album, ''Drum and Bass Warfare'', and collaborated with DJ Fresh. Ministry of Sound or Ministry of Sound Group is a multimedia entertainment business based in London with a nightclub, shared workspace and private members' club, worldwide events operation, music publishing business and fitness studio. RAM Records
RAM Records is an independent record label established in 1992 by Andy C with the help of his friend Ant Miles. It specialises in drum and bass. The label and business is run by Andy C and business partner Scott Bourne (Red One). Ram Records is known for its label activities, the music it releases, and the artists it has signed over the years. Moving Fusion's Turbulence was instrumental in moving RAM forward in the early 2000s and was the number one voted-for track in drum and bass at the Mercury Music Prize in 2000. As well as Ram's musical output, the label is also known for its club nights, the most famous of which started at the London nightclub 'The End', and lasted 11 years until the club's closure in December 2008. Mark Wilkinson (born 18 April 1989), better known by his stage name Wilkinson, is an English record producer, DJ and remixer from Hammersmith, England. "Make U Bounce" is a single by DJ Fresh vs. TC, and the third single from Fresh's forthcoming fourth studio album. It was released on 29 June 2014 in the United Kingdom and 30 June 2014 in Belgium. The song is a reworking of an old TC track by Fresh, and features vocals from Little Nikki. Background The track was made Zane Lowe's "Hottest Record in the World" on 10 April 2014.
