Tobel-Tägerschen is a Municipalities of Switzerland, municipality in the district of Münchwilen (district), Münchwilen in the Cantons of Switzerland, canton of Thurgau in Switzerland. The municipality was created in 1999 by a merger of Tägerschen and Tobel, Thurgau, Tobel. History Tägerschen is first mentioned in 762 as ''Tegarascha''. In the 8th and 9th century, much of the village of Tägerschen was acquired by the Abbey of St. Gallen. The High, middle and low justice, court rights were originally held by the Counts of Toggenburg through their servants, the Heitnau family. The Wil–Kreuzlingen railway is a largely single-track standard-gauge line in northeastern Switzerland. Tägerschen is a village and former municipality in the canton of Thurgau, Switzerland. The municipality also contained the villages Karlishub and Thürn. Romanshorn railway station () is a railway station that serves the municipality of Romanshorn, in the canton of Thurgau, Switzerland. Opened in 1855, the station is owned and operated by SBB-CFF-FFS.
