''Two Bavarians in St. Pauli'' (german: Zwei Bayern in St. Pauli) is a 1956 West German comedy film directed by Hermann Kugelstadt and starring Joe Stöckel, Beppo Brem and Lucie Englisch.Eppenberger & Stapfer p. 39 The film's sets were designed by the art director Hans Sohnle and Hans Strobel. It was shot partly on location in Hamburg including at Hagenbeck's Tierpark. It was followed by three sequels between 1957 and 1962. Jean-Pierre Faye (born 19 July 1925) is a French philosopher and writer of fiction and prose poetry. Life and career Faye was born in Paris. Petra Unkel (3 March 1925 – 2001), also known as Petra Unkel-Klinder, was a Hungarian-born actress of German film, singer, voice actress, radio spokesperson and cabaret artist, who was active in the industry from 1929 until 1958.
