It was released to country radio on July 7, 2010, and debuted at number 54 on the U.S. ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs chart for the week of July 24, 2010. It was released as a digital download in the U.S. on August 3, 2010. Critical reception The song has received mixed reviews from music critics. Kevin John Coyne of Country Universe rated the song a D, stating until McEntire put out something better, he would keep listening to "Consider Me Gone." Reba Nell McEntire (born March 28, 1955), or simply Reba, is an American country music singer and actress. Dubbed " the Queen of Country", she has sold more than 75 million records worldwide.
