Turbo D'Feeters
The Turbo D'Feeters are a USASA women's soccer team based in north Texas that have made repeated appearances in USASA national tournaments. The team also has a youth system participating in the Elite Clubs National League. Tournament results 2008 The D'Feeters qualified for the 2008 National Women's Amateur through the Region III qualifying competition. They beat the Triad United Aces by a score of 5-1, which they followed with a victory over the Houston Challengers 2-1 the next day. In the national finals tournaments, they beat the Colorado Sporting Fire 3-0 in the semifinals, then won the title by defeating the Chicago Eclipse Select 1-0 in the final. 2012 The D'Feeters qualified for the 2012 National Women's Cup through the Region III qualifying competition by beating four other teams in group competitions. USASA
The United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) is a national organization for amateur soccer in the United States. It consists of 55 state organizations as well as national, regional and state leagues. The National Premier Soccer League, NISA Nation and United Premier Soccer League are USASA national affiliates designed to promote a higher level of competition than the state organizations. USASA also affiliates the Women's Premier Soccer League, one of the unrecognized third division leagues below the fully professional NWSL. The USASA National Women's Open is an American women's soccer tournament run by the United States Adult Soccer Association. It began in 1996, and from 2009 to 2012 it was known as the Women's Cup. Before the formation of the Women's Open, the Women's Amateur was the top national cup competition. Historically, it has only been contested by amateur and semi-pro teams, as teams from professional leagues ( WUSA, WPS, and the NWSL) are not allowed to enter the competition. The Olympic Club is an athletic club and private social club in San Francisco, California. First named the "San Francisco Olympic Club", it is the oldest athletic club in the United States. Limestone University, formerly Limestone College, is a private Christian university in Gaffney, South Carolina. It was established in 1845 by Thomas Curtis, a distinguished scholar born and educated in England. Limestone was the first women's college in South Carolina and one of the first in the nation; it is the third-oldest college in South Carolina.
