A restoration device is a device used for applying tension to skin during the process of non-surgical foreskin restoration. Those who use such a device employ the technique of tissue expansion, which causes new skin to grow. History Until the 2nd century CE, the ''Pondus Judaeus'' was used among some circumcised males. It was a replacement for more painful techniques known at the time. This device was a bronze sheath used to expand the foreskin, which at the time was not fully excised. Its effectiveness became limited after circumcisions were modified to eliminate its use (Tushmet 1965). During the late 20th century and early 21st century, new techniques were developed to suit the needs of men circumcised by physicians in North America. The Protei-5 (Протей-5) is a small Russian one-man diver propulsion vehicle often used by Russian commando frogmen. It is Battery (electricity), battery electric powered, using six non-sealed lead–acid batteries.Diver Dave's Site

Rum Tum Tugger is one of the many feline characters in the 1939 poetry book ''Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats'' by T. S. Eliot, and in the 1981 musical ''Cats'' which is based on Eliot's book. Rum Tum Tugger is a rebellious Jellicle cat who loves to be the center of attention. The role of Rum Tum Tugger was originated by Paul Nicholas on the West End in 1981, and by Terrence Mann on Broadway in 1982. Then, in the 1998 video production, he was performed by John Partridge.
