Kara-Suu
Kara-Suu () is a town in Osh Region, Kyrgyzstan, in the Fergana Valley. The town is 23 km northeast of Osh and is the capital of Kara-Suu District. Its population was 26,609 in 2021. It is a major industrial and trade center, on the border with Uzbekistan. On the other side of the border is the town Qorasuv (before 1991: ''Ilyichovsk''). After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the Uzbek authorities destroyed the main bridge across the river, but cross-border trade continued via improvised ropeways that ferried goods and people across. Kyrgyz Premier League ('' ky, Кыргыз Премьер Лигасы, Keurgeuz Premier Ligaseu'') is the division of professional football in Kyrgyzstan. It was created in 1992 after the Dissolution of the Soviet Union. The league is composed of eight teams. The most successful team is Dordoi Bishkek who have won the league thirteen times. The winner of the league earns a spot in the AFC Cup preliminary qualifying round, Asia's second highest club continental competition. The team with the worst record at the end of each season is demoted to the Kyrgyzstan League Second Level. Starting from the 2019 season, the league was rebranded as the Kyrgyz Premier League.
