Nerina Montagnani (20 April 1897 – 4 November 1993) was an Italian character actress. Life and career Born in Maranello, Modena, Montagnani graduated as a teacher. Starting in 1918 she worked as a governess and a gardener in many noble houses in France and Italy. At 68 years old, while working at the Palazzo Barberini as a gardener, she was discovered by Federico Fellini who gave her supporting roles in ''Giulietta degli spiriti'', ''Satyricon'' and '' The Clowns''. Franca Dominici (June 25, 1907 – October 14, 1999) was an Italian actress and voice actress. Biography Born in Bologna, the daughter of the actor Enrico, after studying at the Istituto Tecnico Dominici began her career on stage in her early twenties, in 1926, entering the theatrical company of Alfredo De Sanctis. In the early 1930s, she had her first roles as lead actress, then she founded with Mario Siletti the stable company at the Teatro delle Muse in Rome.
