Trade, Law And Development
''Trade, Law and Development'' (''TL&D'') is a biannual, student-run, academic journal published by National Law University, Jodhpur, India (NLU, Jodhpur). It provides a medium for exchanging ideas and constructive debates about legal and policy issues surrounding world trade, cross-border investment and development, among other inter-related aspects of international law. The main focus areas of the Journal is international trade law and international economic law. It was founded in 2009 by Shashank P. Kumar, an alumnus of NLU, Jodhpur. ''TL&D'' is publishes two issues each year – one in the summer, and one in the winter. While the general (winter issue) has no specific theme, the special issue (summer issue) is a relatively under-explored topic or issue of contemporary relevance to the world. Law Review
A law review or law journal is a scholarly journal or publication that focuses on legal issues. A law review is a type of legal periodical. Law reviews are a source of research, imbedded with analyzed and referenced legal topics; they also provide a scholarly analysis of emerging law concepts from various topics. Law reviews are generated in almost all law bodies/institutions worldwide. However, in recent years, some have claimed that the traditional influence of law reviews is declining. Unlike other scholarly journals, most law journals in the United States and Canada are housed at individual law schools and are edited by students, not professional scholars. A law school will typically have a "flagship" law review and several secondary journals dedicated to specific topics.
