Too Tired To Die
''Too Tired to Die'' is a 1998 American-Korean independent comedy-drama film written and directed by Wonsuk Chin and starring Takeshi Kaneshiro (in his American debut) and Mira Sorvino. The film is about a young Japanese man who learns he has only twelve hours left to live. It was shot in June 1997 and premiered at the Sundance Film Festival on January 20, 1998, in the American Spectrum section. Ako (actress)
Ako, or Ako Dachs, is a Japanese actress and founding Artistic Director of Amaterasu Za theatre company. Early life and education Ako was a child actress in Japan and she came to the United States to study at Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. Ako worked the Takarazuka Revue Company, all-female theater company in Japan. Acting career Stage Ako starred Off-Broadway in ''God Said This'' by Leah Nanako Winkler by Prospect Theatre at Cherry Lane Theatre and at Humana Festival. She received a Lucille Lortel Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress. Also, Kentucky by Leah Nanako Winkler by Ensemble Studio Theatre. Biagio Anthony Gazzara (August 28, 1930 – February 3, 2012) was an American actor and director of film, stage, and television. He received numerous accolades, including a Primetime Emmy Award and a Drama Desk Award, in addition to nominations for three Golden Globe Awards and three Tony Awards.
