Tomi Sovilj i Njegove Siluete ( sr-Cyrl, Томи Совиљ и Његове Силуете; trans. ''Tommy Sovilj and His Silhouettes'') were a Yugoslav beat group formed in Belgrade in 1964. They were one of the pioneers of the Yugoslav rock scene. In 1964, after leaving the band Siluete, vocalist Tomislav "Tomi" Sovilj formed his own band with the same name. After a court verdict forbidding his band to perform under the name Siluete, the band was renamed to Tomi Sovilj i Njegove Siluete. The band gained large popularity with their live performances, but disbanded at the beginning of 1970, with the arrival of new trends on the Yugoslav rock scene. Crveni Koralji (trans. ''The Red Corals'') were a Croatian and Yugoslav rock band formed in Zagreb in 1962. They were one of the pioneers of the Yugoslav rock scene. Crveni Koralji were initially inspired by Cliff Richard and the Shadows, but soon included covers of songs by other foreign acts into their repertoire, as well as their own songs. With their performances and early releases, the band gained nationwide popularity, and by the mid-1960s, became the most popular Yugoslav rock group. At the end of the decade, with the arrival of new musical trends on the Yugoslav scene, their popularity heavily declined and the band disbanded in the mid-1970s. "Hang On Sloopy" (originally "My Girl Sloopy") is a 1964 song written by Wes Farrell and Bert Berns. Rhythm and blues vocal group the Vibrations were the first to record the tune in 1964. Atlantic Records released it as a single, which reached No. 26 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 chart. The song is associated with Ohio State University and is Ohio's official rock song. The McCoys were a rock music, rock group formed in Union City, Indiana, Union City, Indiana, United States, in 1962. They are best known for their 1965 hit single "Hang On Sloopy". Their name was changed from Rick and the Raiders to The McCoys, taken from the A-side and B-side, B-side of The Ventures, The Ventures' hit record "Walk, Don't Run (instrumental), Walk, Don't Run" titled "The McCoy". "Wooly Bully" is a song originally recorded by novelty rock and roll band Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs in 1964. Based on a standard 12-bar blues progression, it was written by the band's frontman, Domingo "Sam" Samudio. It was released as a single on the small Memphis-based XL label (#906) in 1964 and was picked up in 1965 by MGM. The song was recorded at Sam C. Domingo "Sam" Samudio (born February 28, 1937, in Dallas, Texas, United States), better known by his stage name Sam the Sham, is a retired American rock and roll singer. Sam the Sham was known for his camp robe and turban and hauling his equipment in a 1952 Packard hearse with maroon velvet curtains. As the front man for the Pharaohs, he sang on several Top 40 hits in the mid-1960s, including the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 runners-up "Wooly Bully" and "Li'l Red Riding Hood". The Belgrade Fair – Hall 1, is Belgrade Fair's largest exhibition space. The hall opened to the public in 1957. It was the world's largest dome between 1957 and 1965 and is Europe's largest dome. Construction The Hall 1 is constructed between 1954 and 1957 by Branko Žeželj and Milorad Pantović. It is located on new Belgrade Fair ground on the right bank of the Sava River.
