Tomasz Konicz (born 1973 in Olsztyn, Poland) is an author and journalist. Work Konicz studied history and philosophy in Hanover, as well as economic history in Posen. As a journalist, he regularly writes for, among other publications, '' Telepolis'', '' Neues Deutschland,'' ''konkret,'' ''Exit! EXIT! (or alternatively: ''Exit!'') is a German journal of social criticism, and discussion group formed in 2004. The journal is published by the publishing house ''Zu Klampen Verlag''. The journal has a Value criticism, value-critical(German'':We ...'', '' Streifzüge'', and '' Hintergrund''. Konicz was also editor-in-chief of the journal Telepolis. Konicz covers political economy, crises, and conspiratorial thinking. ''Neues Deutschland'' (''nd''; en, New Germany, sometimes stylized in lowercase letters) is a left-wing German daily newspaper, headquartered in Berlin. Konkret
''konkret'' has been the name of two German magazines. ''konkret'' was originally the name of a magazine established by Klaus Rainer Röhl in 1957, that was an influential magazine on the German political left in the 1960s. The magazine was dissolved in 1973 as a consequence of Röhl's rejection of the leftist terrorism in Germany (in which his former wife Ulrike Meinhof took active part). Since 1974, Hermann L. Wertkritik
Value criticism (in German ''Wertkritik'') is a social theory which draws its foundation from the Marxian tradition and criticizes the contemporary mode of production. Value criticism was developed partly by critical readings of the traditions of the Frankfurt School and critical theory. Prominent adherents of value criticism include Robert Kurz, Moishe Postone and Jean-Marie Vincent. Aspects of value criticism Value criticism takes crucial aspects of Marx's critiques of commodity fetishism, commodities and value, while criticizing Marx's theory of class struggle and historical materialism. As a result, proponents of Value Criticism feel that the working class is not necessarily a revolutionary subject.
