''Together'' () is a children's book written by Dimitrea Tokunbo and illustrated by Jennifer Gwynne Oliver, published in 2005 by Scholastic Press. An afterword was co-authored by actress Jane Kaczmarek and actor Erik Per Sullivan, who portrayed mother, Lois, and son, Dewey, respectively, on the American situational comedy ''Malcolm in the Middle''. Produced in conjunction with Heifer International, an American charitable organization dedicated to relieving world hunger by providing to impoverished persons livestock and crops and concomitantly education in sustainable agriculture, the book is directed at young readers and focuses on the importance of domestic animals to peoples across the world and the virtues of eleemosynary and cooperative pursuits. The Italian progressive rock band Goblin created the original score for the film before it was re-scored by Burt Bacharach for its US release. Together (, literally "When We Are Together") is a Singaporean Chinese drama produced in 2009. It was telecasted on Singapore's free-to-air channel, MediaCorp Channel 8. It stars Jeanette Aw, Dai Xiangyu, Elvin Ng, Eelyn Kok, Zhang Zhenhuan and Zhou Ying as the casts for the series. It is MediaCorp's 46th anniversary year-end blockbuster drama, and was sponsored by the Media Development Authority of Singapore. It made its debut on 30 November 2009 and ended on 18 January 2010. This drama serial consists of 36 episodes, and was screened on every weekday night at 9:00 pm. The series title also refers to the children's folk song "The More We Get Together" and the tune is played during the interlude and in the introduction of the theme song. ''Together'' is a daytime soap opera made by the ITV franchise Southern Television. The two series were broadcast twice weekly for 13 weeks apiece in 1980 and 1981. One episode from each of the two series is considered "missing" and is not known to be held in the archives. The second series, in 1981, was transmitted live. Its theme song was written by John Dankworth and sung by Cleo Laine. Synopsis The series concerns the residents of a fictitious housing association block of flats named Rutherford Court. Actors featured include Raymond Francis, Carol Hawkins, Margaretta Scott, Kathleen Byron, Victor Maddern, and Sarah Greene. ''Together'' (Chinese: 在一起) is a 2010 Chinese film directed by Zhao Liang. It was filmed beside the Chinese film Love for Life, and chronicles the everyday lives of a variety of different people living in China with HIV/AIDS. The film depicts the living conditions of those living with HIV in China, as well as their own personal thoughts on their disease. ''Together'', like the film ''Love for Life'', was commissioned by the Ministry of Health and backed by the Chinese government. Zhao Liang has been seen as a rebel director, producing documentaries that expose the Chinese government of wrongdoing. Nicolás Pereda (born 1982) is a Mexican-Canadian film director. To date, he has directed nine features and three short films. Personal life Pereda was born in Mexico City in 1982; he holds dual Mexican and Canadian citizenship and is a resident of Toronto, where he studied filmmaking at York University. He is married to film director Andrea Bussmann, with whom he codirected the 2016 film ''Tales of Two Who Dreamt''.
