''Tip en Tap'' is a Belgian animated television series created by Ray Goossens and produced by the Belgische Radio en Televisie (BRT) in 1969. There were 26 episodes. The series featured two puppies who used to get into some kind of mischief in each episode, but who were always saved by their uncle (a flying adult dog) at the last second. At the end, their uncle would bring them back home to their beds and tuck them in under the sheets. Ray Goossens
Ray Goossens (14 August 1924 – 10 December 1998) was a Belgian artist, animator, writer, and director best known for creating the cartoon character Musti. Biography Ray Goossens was born in Merksem, Belgium in 1924. Interested in animation from before World War II, he founded the AFIM animation studios with Henri Winkeler and Edmond Roex in 1940. They had 15 employees, including later famous comics artists like Bob de Moor and Jef Nys. They created a number of short animated movies, of which '' Smidje Smee'' was the most successful. After the war, Goossens started working as a comics creator with '' Kleine Zondagsvriend'', a weekly youth magazine. He created a number of series, some based on existing stories like '' Tijl Uilenspiegel'' and '' Reinaert de Vos'', some new like ''Tsjoem'' (a parrot) and ''Snops en de bende''. M1 (M Egy) is a Hungarian television channel owned and operated by Duna Média since 2015. It is also transmitted in high definition. It was the most watched national channel in Hungary and its transmission receiving is 97%. On 15 March 2015, M1 was relaunched as a 24-hour news channel, meaning all variety programming is now transferred to Duna. A 2019 report by the European Federation of Journalists stated that news coverage of Hungarian public broadcaster is not balanced, opposition politicians' viewpoints are nearly absent from the reports, and there is a lack of transparency over the funding and work of MTVA. ČT1 (ČT Jedna, Česká televize 1, "''Jednička''") is the Czech public television channel, operated by Česká televize. ČT1 is a general purpose channel, showing family-oriented television, Czech movies, children's programming, news and documentaries. History ČST ( cs, Československá televize, sk, Československá televízia) starts experimental broadcasting throughout Czechoslovakia on 1 May 1953 from its Prague Studio. Its first regular broadcast begin on 25 February 1954. In 1970, the ČST was renamed to ČST1 and in 1975 the channel transitioned from black-and-white to colour.
