Timothy Thomas (record Producer)
R. City (short for Rock City; and formerly Planet VI) is a Virgin Islands musical duo formed in 2003, from Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The duo is composed of brothers Theron "Uptown AP" Thomas and Timothy "A.I." Thomas. Primarily known as a songwriting and record production team, the duo has also released various bodies of work as recording artists, including their debut album, ''What Dreams Are Made Of'', released in November 2015. They are best known for the single "Locked Away" featuring American singer Adam Levine. In 2007, the duo signed with American singer Akon's KonLive Distribution, under the aegis of Geffen Records. During their time there, they released a series of mixtapes with the primary title, ''PTFAO'' (''Put the F*ckin' Album Out''), a reference to the fact that their then-debut album ''Wake the Neighbors'' had not been given a release date. The 2001 Cincinnati riots were a series of civil disorders which took place in and around the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio from April 9 to 13, 2001. They began with a peaceful protest in the heart of the city on Fountain Square over the inadequate police response to the police shooting of unarmed African American 19-year-old Timothy Thomas. The peaceful protest soon turned into a march that went in the direction of the victim's home neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine. The period of unrest was sparked after 19-year-old Timothy Thomas, an unarmed African American man, was shot and killed by Cincinnati Police Department Patrolman Stephen Roach during an attempt to arrest him for non-violent misdemeanors, most of which were traffic citations. Timothy Mark Thomas (born February 26, 1977) is an American former professional basketball player who played thirteen seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA). High school A versatile forward with a soft shooting touch, Thomas was tabbed as a future NBA star when he was still in high school, and was selected to the McDonald's All-American team after averaging 25.3 points and 14.5 rebounds per game as a senior at Paterson Catholic High School. Tim Thomas is an American retired ice hockey defenseman who was an All-American for Wisconsin and won a Liiga championship in 1987. Career Thomas was a member of Bob Johnson's final recruiting class and began playing at Wisconsin a year after the team won their third NCAA championship. The Badgers were still a powerful team in Thomas' first season, winning the WCHA Tournament and returning to the national championship game, only to conference rival North Dakota. Thomas had played well that season and was invited to participate at the 1982 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. Team USA finished in 6th, a typical result for the team. Tim Thomas (ice Hockey, Born 1974)
Timothy Thomas Jr. (born April 15, 1974) is an American former professional ice hockey goaltender who mainly played in the National Hockey League (NHL), most notably with the Boston Bruins. He was born in Flint, Michigan and is a graduate of Davison High School. Thomas played college hockey for the University of Vermont for four years, from 1993–1997, during which he was drafted 217th overall by the Quebec Nordiques in the 1994 NHL Entry Draft. He played for several years in the minor leagues and Europe, before making it to the NHL at age 28, with the Boston Bruins. He finally emerged as the Bruins' starting goaltender at age 32. Timothy Benjamin Thomas (born 28 March 1983) is a British Muay Thai kickboxer who competes in the welterweight and middleweight divisions. He came to prominence by winning the UKMF British Welterweight Muay Thai title early in his career before becoming the ISKA World Welterweight Muay Thai Champion in 2005. Timothy Earle Thomas (November 13, 1944 – March 11, 2022) was an American R&B singer, keyboardist, songwriter, and record producer, best known for the hit song, "Why Can't We Live Together". Life and career Thomas was born in Evansville, Indiana, on November 13, 1944, one of twelve siblings. He first attracted interest in his work as an accompanist with Donald Byrd and Cannonball Adderley, before working as a session musician in Memphis, Tennessee, and releasing singles on the Goldwax Records label.
