Timothy M. Ryan (born February 7, 1956) is an American attorney and Democratic politician who currently serves as a Broward County Commissioner, representing the 7th District from 2012 to the present. Prior to being elected to the Broward County Commission, Ryan served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 1998 to 2006, representing the 99th District from 1998 to 2002, and the 100th District from 2002 to 2006. Tim Ryan (born 6 June 1984) is an Irish rugby union player/coach for Highfield. His position of choice is at tighthead prop. Ryan has played for Ireland U-19's, while his brother Dave Ryan is also a prop and formerly played for Munster. Ryan started his underage rugby at Woodleigh Park for Highfield playing in the second row and won an All-Ireland U-16 title. After his successful stint in the second row he also played in the back row and then found his ideal position in the front row where he still makes good use of his pace and good handling skills. With time he was easily spotted and recruited by Munster Rugby and brought into their academy and also moved on to play with University College Cork RFC and then played in the AIL league with Cork Constitution, with whom he won the title in 2008. Tim Ryan is an American engineer, inventor and entrepreneur who is best known for founding Midiman (later renamed M-Audio). As of 2004 he works with Avid Technology. Early career Ryan grew up the son of a concert pianist and developed a love of music from an early age, but he did not become a musician himself. While working toward a Bachelor of Arts degree at the California Institute of Technology, he excelled at science, math, and engineering, and decided to apply those skills to his love of music. Timothy Thomas Ryan (July 5, 1899 – October 22, 1956) was an American performer and film actor. His wife, Irene Ryan, who later played Granny on ''The Beverly Hillbillies'', and he were a show-business team who performed on Broadway, in films, and on radio. They made short films for Educational Pictures in the mid-1930s based on their vaudeville act. They were married from 1922 to 1942. Even after their divorce in 1942, the couple occasionally worked together. In the 1940s, Ryan found opportunities at Monogram Pictures, where he acted in films and wrote screenplays. In films of the 1940s and the early 1950s, Ryan appeared onscreen playing numerous roles as policemen, newspaper editors, and detectives.
