Tiago Jorge de Oliveira Ferreira (born 7 December 1988) is a Portuguese mountain biker from Viseu, who specialises in the cross-country discipline. In June 2016, he won the cross-country marathon silver medal at the European Championships in Sigulda, Latvia. Three weeks later, he won the gold medal at the 2016 UCI Mountain Bike Marathon World Championships in Laissac, France, becoming the second Portuguese cyclist to win a world championship title, after Rui Costa Rui Manuel César Costa (; born 29 March 1972) is a Portuguese former professional footballer who is the 34th president of sports club S.L. Tiago Alexandre Baptista Ferreira (born 16 April 1975), known simply as Tiago, is a Portuguese former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper, and the goalkeeper coach of Sporting CP. Playing career Born in Torres Vedras, Lisbon District, Tiago spent almost all of his career in Sporting CP. There, he successfully battled for first-choice status with Belgian international Filip De Wilde (1996–98), being loaned to C.F. Estrela da Amadora for two years during Peter Schmeichel's stint at the club. In the 2001–02 season, after the Dane returned to England, he played 18 matches as the ''Lions'' won the Primeira Liga championship, which was his second-best output during his spell. In the following years, more of the same: from 2003 onwards, Tiago played second-fiddle to Ricardo. Tiago Emanuel Canelas Almeida Ferreira (born 10 July 1993) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for Trofense as a central defender. Club career Porto Born in Porto, Ferreira played youth football with five clubs in the area, finishing his development with FC Porto after joining at the age of 14. He made his professional debut with the reserves that competed in the second division, his first appearance in the competition being on 12 August 2012 in a 2–2 away draw against C.D. Tondela. Ferreira played 35 matches and scored one goal in the 2013–14 season to help his team to a final runner-up position in the second tier, but they were ineligible for promotion. Tiago Filipe Prazeres Ferreira (born 18 March 2002), sometimes known as Tiago Mamede, is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a winger for Primeira Liga club Estrela da Amadora. Club career Born and raised in Italy, Ferreira moved to Portugal and joined the Sporting CP youth academy in 2010. He signed his first professional contract with Sporting in 2019, and on 17 December 2020 extended it until 2025. He debuted with the Sporting CP B in 2021, and in the preseason 2021–22 season joined the senior squad, before a knee injury in November 2021 kept him out.
