Thomas Gottstein
Thomas P. Gottstein, Dr oec. (* 1964 in Zurich) is a former Swiss bank manager. He was a member of the Group Executive Board of Credit Suisse from October 2015 to July 2022. From February 2020 to July 2022, he was Chairman of the Executive Board (Group CEO) of Credit Suisse. Growing up on the left bank of Lake Zurich, Gottstein first played junior football for FC Zurich before embarking on a successful amateur golf career. Thomas Gottstein became Swiss junior champion twice, Swiss amateur champion three times and won the European junior golf team. Gottstein was a member of the Swiss national team at five consecutive World Amateur Championships (Eisenhower Trophy) from 1984-1992 and was also a member of the continental European team at the 1988 St Andrews Trophy in St Andrews, Scotland. Tidjane Thiam
Tidjane Thiam (; born 29 July 1962) is a French and Ivorian businessman, and the executive chairman of Freedom Acquisition Corp. He was the chief executive officer (CEO) of Swiss bank Credit Suisse from March 2015 to February 2020. He was the chief financial officer of British banking group Prudential from 2007 to 2009, and then its CEO until 2015. In 2019, Thiam became a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Born into a prominent political family in the Ivory Coast, he holds dual Ivorian and French citizenship. Ulrich Körner (born October 25, 1962) is a German-Swiss business person. In March 2021, he was named CEO Asset Management of Credit Suisse until July 2022, when he was appointed CEO of Credit Suisse AG.
