Then Again (John Farnham Album)
''Then Again...'' is a studio album by Australian singer John Farnham. The album was released in Australia on 18 October 1993, and reached No. 1 on the ARIA charts. It is notable along with its predecessor, Chain Reaction, for the fact that Farnham himself co-wrote most of the songs on the album, in this case nine of the fourteen tracks. The album won 'Highest Selling Album' at the ARIA Awards in 1994, and was promoted in a nationwide tour titled "Talk of the Town", which began in early 1994. American artist Richard Marx, wrote four songs on the album and was a special guest on the album, playing piano on "The Reason Why" Synopsis and writers Of its four singles, only "Seemed Like A Good Idea (At The Time)" reached the top 20, peaking at No. 16. John Peter Farnham Officer of the Order of Australia, AO (born 1 July 1949) is a British born Australian singer. Farnham was a Teen idol, teen pop idol from 1967 until 1979, billed then as Johnny Farnham, but has since forged a career as an Adult contemporary music, adult contemporary singer.McFarlane (1999). Jennifer Kimball
Jennifer Kimball is a singer and songwriter who formed the folk duo The Story with Jonatha Brooke. Career Jennifer Kimball and Amherst College friend Jonatha Brooke began playing music together in the 1980s. They performed regularly during their college years. Their folk songs were marked by "witty wordplay and sumptuous pop harmonies," according to one music critic. Critics noted a resemblance between their music and earlier artists such as Joni Mitchell and Paul Simon in terms of excellent musicianship, singing, and writing. Kimball graduated from Amherst in 1986. They called themselves ''The Story''. One critic wrote "Jennifer Kimball played the Art Garfunkel role in The Story" who contributed "high ethereal harmonies." David Hurst Batteau (born June 25, 1949) is an American singer-songwriter. Batteau is the son of Blanca Batteau and Dr. Dwight Wayne Batteau, of Harvard University and Tufts University. He is the brother of singer-songwriter Robin Batteau. Richard Allen Wagner (December 14, 1942 – July 30, 2014) was an American rock guitarist, songwriter and author best known for his work with Alice Cooper, Lou Reed, and Kiss. Ross Andrew Wilson (born 18 November 1947) is an Australian singer-songwriter, musician and producer. He is the co-founder and frontman of the long-standing rock groups Daddy Cool and Mondo Rock, as well as a number of other former bands, in addition to performing solo.
