''The Woman of My Dreams'' (german: Die Frau meiner Träume) is a 1944 German musical comedy film directed by Georg Jacoby and starring Marika Rökk, Wolfgang Lukschy and Walter Müller. The film's sets were designed by the art director Erich Kettelhut. It was shot at the Babelsberg and Tempelhof Studios in Berlin, using the Agfacolor process. It premiered at the Marmorhaus in August 1944. Connie Hansen (actor)
Connie Hansen (born 29 May 1964) is a noted Danish Paralympian. She competed in athletics at the Summer Paralympics three times, in 1984, 1988 and 1992, and won a total of nine gold medals, four silvers, and one bronze. She was inducted to the Paralympic Hall of Fame in 2008. In the years 1988-94 she was often ranked highly on the "Athlete of the Year" list, the leading Danish television and sports newspaper ranking list, and served as one of the "key actors" in the 1992 Barcelona Paralympics’ movie, "Into the Light". Lotte Spira
Lotte Spira (; 24 April 1883 – 17 December 1943) was a German stage and film actress. She appeared in supporting roles in around seventy films. She was married to the Austrian actor Fritz Spira in 1905. In 1934 she divorced her Jewish husband under duress from the Nazi authorities. During the Second World War she signed a statement swearing Spira was not the real father of her daughter Camilla Spira, who was being held at Westerbork transit camp in the Netherlands.Baer p. 118 Shortly after Lotte Spira received news of her ex-husband's death in a concentration camp in Yugoslavia, she died of natural causes, aged 60. Grethe Weiser
Grethe Weiser (; 27 February 1903 – 2 October 1970) was a German actress. Biography Born in Hanover, she spent her childhood in Dresden. She escaped from her dominant and sometimes violent father by marrying a Jewish confectionery manufacturer in 1920. Her only child, a son, was born in 1922. Quite quickly she established herself in the cabaret scene in Berlin, especially after her husband became a leaseholder of a nightclub on the Kurfürstendamm. Her film debut came soon after in 1927. Weiser had a lifelong relationship with Hermann Schwerin, a UFA film producer, which began in 1934, but the couple were not married until 1958. Her previous marriage had been dissolved in 1934. Weiser avoided becoming a member of the Nazi Party. She managed to finance and arrange for her previous husband and her son to survive the Nazi years in Switzerland, as well as at the same time continue her career in Germany.
