''The Tom and Jerry Show'' is an American flash animated television series produced by Warner Bros. Animation and Turner Entertainment and animated by Renegade Animation. It is based on the ''Tom and Jerry'' characters and theatrical cartoon series created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. The series first premiered in Canada on Teletoon on March 1, 2014, and began airing on Cartoon Network in the United States on April 9, 2014, but also aired on Boomerang in the U.S. Beginning in 2017, the series moved to Boomerang in the U.S. The fourth season was released on February 1, 2021, on Boomerang SVOD and on the Cartoon Network app. The fifth and final season was released on the Cartoon Network app, also on February 1, and on February 2, but the season has been removed from the app and has not been added back. 1080i (also known as Full HD or BT.709) is a combination of frame resolution and scan type. 1080i is used in high-definition television (HDTV) and high-definition video.
