''The Theory of Harmonial Value'' is the second release by the rock band Moneen Moneen (sometimes stylised as .moneen.) is a Canadian indie rock band from Brampton, Ontario. History Moneen formed in 1999 after the dissolution of another band, called Perfectly Normal. The founding members were singer/guitarist Kenny Bridges .... This is also their first full-length album. The album is named after the papers of Dr. Lozlo Pronowski, a fictional scientist created by the band. At the end of the track, "The Passing of America", an instrumental demo version of "Closing My Eyes Won't Help Me Leave" can be heard, which was later included on "Are We Really Happy With Who We Are Right Now". They then re-released it on Smallman Records with their second album "The Theory of Harmonial Value", the band's next release was ''Are We Really Happy with Who We Are Right Now'' in 2003. The album appeared on the !earshot National Top 50 chart in August, 2003. Bowser was replaced by METZ, Chris Slorach (Nu Chris), who left the band after the release of ''The Theory of Harmonial Value''. Established in 1992, at 81 Portland Street by Murray B Mitchell artist, producer and producer engineer, Daryl Smith (often assisted by Ian Blurton), as a "no-frills" operation, focusing on a large selection of vintage (circa 1960 and 1970s) recording equipment, API mixing consoles, and professional resources necessary for a best outcome.
