''The Movement'' is the fourth and final studio album by American hip hop collective Mo Thugs. It was released June 10, 2003 via Riviera Entertainment. Production was handled by Mauly T, Thin C., Dirty Red, Denzo, DJ Skail, Mark Twayne, and The Platinum Brothers, with Aldy Damian and Layzie Bone serving as executive producers. Mo Thugs
Mo Thugs was an American hip hop collective formed and led by Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. Together, the Mo Thugs collective released four studio albums from 1995 to 2003. Their logo, a pyramid with a fist above it, is symbolic of their achievements; The pyramid stands for longevity, and the fist stands for victory. History Due to their success in 1996 Bone Thugs established their own Mo Thugs Records to introduce many of the Cleveland-based and other artists that they were developing. The group's first album, ''Family Scriptures'' was released in November 1996 produced by Romeo Antonio. Gangsta Rap
Gangsta rap or gangster rap, initially called reality rap, emerged in the mid- to late 1980s as a controversial hip-hop subgenre whose lyrics assert the culture and values typical of American street gangs and street hustlers. Many gangsta rappers flaunt associations with real street gangs, like the Crips and Bloods. The Platinum Brothers are an United States, American Record producer, record production duo based in Atlanta, Georgia. Consisting of Adam Gibbs and Mike Chesser, the duo produced "Let's Chill" and "So Hot" from Charlie Wilson (musician), Charlie Wilson's album ''Charlie, Last Name Wilson'' which has gone on to sell over 300,000 copies. In 2002, The Platinum Brothers provided the beats to Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's ''Thug World Order''. Steven Howse (born September 23, 1974), known professionally as Layzie Bone, is a rapper known primarily for being a member of the group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. He has also gone by the names L-Burna and The #1 Assassin. He is the younger brother of fellow group member Flesh-N-Bone and cousin of group member Wish Bone.
