"The King, the Widow, and Rick" is the sixth episode of the eighth season of the post-apocalyptic horror television series '' The Walking Dead'', which aired on AMC on November 26, 2017. Plot In the days after the onset of the war against Negan and the Saviors, Rick, Maggie, and Carol correspond with each other to report on their victories and losses, and make plans to launch the next phase of the plan in a few days: Aaron returns to Hilltop with baby Gracie; Jesus keeps watch over the Saviors they have captured, secured on the fence outside of the community; Rick has traveled to the Scavengers' base to meet with Jadis. "The First Day of the Rest of Your Life" is the sixteenth and final episode of the seventh season of the post-apocalyptic horror television series '' The Walking Dead'', which aired in the United States on AMC on April 2, 2017. The episode was written by Scott M. Gimple, Angela Kang, and Matthew Negrete, and directed by Greg Nicotero. In the episode, Sasha Williams (Sonequa Martin-Green) comes to terms with the decision to commit suicide while in captivity, in order to kill Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) as a walker. Brief flashbacks show her short-term relationship with Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz) and her friendship with Maggie Greene (Lauren Cohan) as a reason to sacrifice herself to protect her friends. King Ezekiel
King Ezekiel, later revealed as Ezekiel Sutton in the television series, is a fictional character from the comic book series '' The Walking Dead'' and the television series of the same name, in which he is portrayed by Khary Payton. Ezekiel is the leader of the Kingdom, a community of survivors terrorized by a vicious group called the Saviors. Other communities including the Hilltop and the Alexandria Safe-Zone suffer the same subjugation.
