The second series of '' The Green Green Grass'' originally aired between 15 September 2006 and 27 October 2006, beginning with the episode "Testing Times". A Christmas special aired on 25 December 2006. Outline The series continued to feature the seven main characters that appeared in series one. These were: Lisa Diveney's character, Beth, who was Tyler's girlfriend, was regular throughout the series, as was Llewellyn ( Alan David) and Ray ( Nigel Harrison). Episodes Production The series was produced by Shazam Production, a company that produces comedies by John Sullivan. The series was filmed at Teddington Studios, with a live audience. ''The Green Green Grass'' is a BBC television sitcom, created and initially written by John Sullivan, produced by Shazam Productions for the BBC. It is a sequel/spin-off of the long-running sitcom ''Only Fools and Horses'' and stars John Challis, Sue Holderness and Jack Doolan. Teddington Studios
Teddington Studios was a large British television studio in Teddington, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, providing studio facilities for programmes airing on the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky1 and others. The complex also provided studio space for channel continuity. The site was run by the Pinewood Studios Group. Originally built as film studios, the studios were the main production centres for the ITV franchisees ABC Weekend TV and Thames Television. Pinewood Group's lease on Teddington Studios expired in 2014. The studios were demolished in February 2016 to be turned into housing, with programmes made there having moved to other facilities. Synopsis When Llewellyn arrives accusing the Boyce's dog, Earl, of seducing his pedigree collie, Blodwyn, who is now pregnant, trouble starts to brew in the village. Boycie doesn't want his reputation to be scarred by having a sexually orientated pet so he denies everything until Llewellyn produces a photograph of the crime to which Marlene replies 'that's canine pornography!' Synopsis Marlene tries to set up a massage and beauty parlour in the house, using Boycie as her guinea pig. During his therapy Marlene manages to semi-paralyse her husband whilst giving him a massage. Derren Litten
Derren Ronald Litten (born 21 December 1970) is an English comedy writer and actor, best known as the creator and writer of the sitcom ''Benidorm''. Litten also co-wrote ''The Catherine Tate Show'', for which he both wrote and appeared as several different characters in the first two series and the 2005 Christmas Special. He has also acted in many comedy and drama series including '' Perfect World'', ''French and Saunders'', ''Spaced'', ''EastEnders'', ''Coronation Street'', ''Pie in the Sky'' with Richard Griffiths. "Bothered and Bewildered" is an episode of the BBC sitcom, '' The Green Green Grass''. It was first screened on 29 September 2006, as the third episode of series two. Synopsis In this classic episode of series two of the much loved spin off, Boycie decides that it's time to sack one of his staff members as they are not doing enough work. So, it's Mrs Cakeworthy that is for the chop. As soon as Mrs Cakeworthy leaves, strange things start to happen around Winterdown Farm – and Elgin, Byran and Jed seem to believe that these strange goings-on have something to do with the curse that Mrs Cakeworthy put on Farmer Boyce, as she is apparently a witch. John Richard Thomas Sullivan OBE (23 December 1946 – 22 April 2011) was an English television scriptwriter responsible for several British sitcoms, including ''Only Fools and Horses'', ''Citizen Smith'' and ''Just Good Friends''. Biography John Sullivan was born at 35 Zennor Road, Balham, London, on 23 December 1946. His Irish-born father was John Patrick Sullivan, (17 March 1908 – September 1993), a plumber, and his mother was Hilda Clara May, née Parker (23 December 1907 – December 1992), a cleaner. From working-class South London, Sullivan worked in a variety of low-paid jobs for 15 years before getting his first break writing sketches for ''The Two Ronnies'', which led to writing the sitcom ''Citizen Smith'' (1977–1980).
