Lawrence Huntington (1900–1968) was a UK, British film director, screenwriter and film producer, producer. Huntington was born in London on 9 March 1900, he directed more than thirty films following his debut feature ''After Many Years'' (1930). He later worked in television before his death in 1968. Tommy Duggan (actor)
Tommy Duggan (31 August 1897 – 30 November 1961) was an American soccer outside right who played in both the National Association Football League and American Soccer League. He is a member of the National Soccer Hall of Fame. Duggan's early career is sketchy. He moved to the United States in 1911. The first team he is recorded as playing with is the Valley Boys, of an unknown league, in 1914. He then played for Babcock & Wilcox, West Hudson A.A. and Philadelphia Merchant Ship, all of the National Association Football League (NAFBL). He was with Babcock & Wilcox in December 1916. In March 1918, he was with West Hudson A.A. In 1921, the American Soccer League replaced the NAFBL. Duggan signed with the New York Field Club of the ASL and spent one season with them before bouncing from one team to another. Brian Nissen
Brian Nissen (20 October 1927 in London – 8 February 2001 in Salisbury, Wiltshire) was a British actor and television continuity announcer. Biography Nissen made an early appearance in Laurence Olivier's film of Shakespeare's ''Henry V'', and made many TV, film and stage appearances, including '' The Dam Busters'' (1955), and the television series ''The New Adventures of Charlie Chan'' and ''Sword of Freedom'' in 1957. But he is probably best-remembered as an in-vision announcer for Southern Television, where his formal style seemed to sum up the company's aesthetic. He joined Southern at its inception in 1958 and stayed until its demise in 1981, and was kept on by the successor company TVS despite its general policy of breaking with Southern's conservatism. He retired from TVS in August 1987. Nissen died on 8 February 2001 in Salisbury, Wiltshire at the age of 73. Guy Middleton Powell (14 December 1906 – 30 July 1973), better known as Guy Middleton, was an English character actor, film character actor. Biography Guy Middleton was born in Hove, Sussex, and originally worked in the London Stock Exchange, before turning to acting in the 1930s. In his earlier films he often portrayed amiable idiots, scoundrels and rakish bon vivants, but many of his later roles were military officers in the British Army, RAF or Royal Navy.
