''The Fighters'' is the third studio album by American country pop duo LoCash (formerly LoCash Cowboys). It was released on June 17, 2016 via Reviver Records. It includes the singles '' I Love This Life'' and '' I Know Somebody''. Commercial performance The album debuted at No. 131 on ''Billboard'' 200, No. 14 on Top Country Albums, selling 4,200 copies in the first week. The album has sold 20,600 copies in the United States as of October 2016. LoCash (stylized as LOCASH), formerly known as LoCash Cowboys, is an American country music duo consisting of vocalists Chris Lucas and Preston Brust. They have released 3 studio albums, one each for Average Joes Entertainment, Reviver Records, and Wheelhouse Records. The duo has charted 3 songs on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs and 13 songs on the Country Airplay chart. Their highest-charting single is " I Know Somebody", which topped the ''Billboard'' Country Airplay chart in 2016. In addition to their own material, the members of LoCash co-wrote Keith Urban's number-one single "You Gonna Fly" and Tim McGraw's "Truck Yeah". Matthew Ryan Bronleewe (born December 13, 1973) is an American record producer, musician, novelist and songwriter. Biography Matt Bronleewe was born on December 13, 1973, in Dallas, Texas. As a boy, he moved to central Kansas, Lorraine, with his family so his father could take on the family farm, where he was raised with his two younger sisters. The family moved onto the farmstead a few years later and Bronleewe lived there until he graduated from Quivira Heights High School in 1992. Bronleewe studied music at Greenville College in the town of Greenville, Illinois, where he met Dan Haseltine, Charlie Lowell and Stephen Mason. Together the four formed the group Jars of Clay, named after a verse in the Bible. The group began performing around their college and later recorded their debut demo album, '' Frail''. Leon Zervos
Leon Zervos is a mastering engineer who has worked with many world-renowned artists, including Pink, Rihanna, Maroon 5, Beastie Boys, and Willie Nelson. Life and career Leon Zervos began his mastering career in 1982 at the then EMI Studios 301 in Sydney, where he worked with the likes of INXS, Crowded House, and Midnight Oil. Moving to New York City in 1992, he worked mastering for Absolute Audio for six years, before taking on the role of Senior mastering engineer at Masterdisk in 1993, where he added artists such as Aerosmith, Mobb Deep, Maroon 5, Avril Lavigne, Gavin DeGraw, Duran Duran, Ben Folds and NSYNC to his mastering portfolio, with some of the music he mastered going on to win GRAMMY Awards. Bering Strait (band)
Bering Strait was a Russian country music band, whose style was sometimes called "redgrass". In 2003, the band was nominated for a Grammy Award and appeared on the TV show ''60 Minutes''. The group disbanded in 2006. The lineup on their first album was Alexander Arzamastsev (drums), Natasha Borzilova (lead vocals), Sergey "Spooky" Olkhovsky (bass guitar), Sergei Passov (mandolin, fiddle), Lydia Salnikova (keyboards, background vocals), Sasha Ostrovsky (steel guitar, Dobro) and Ilya Toshinsky (electric guitar, banjo). Dobro
Dobro is an American brand of resonator guitars, currently owned by Gibson and manufactured by its subsidiary Epiphone. The term "dobro" is also used as a generic term for any wood-bodied, single-cone resonator guitar. The Dobro was originally a guitar manufacturing company founded by the Dopyera brothers with the name "Dobro Manufacturing Company". Their guitar design, with a single outward-facing resonator cone, was introduced to compete with the patented inward-facing tricone and biscuit designs produced by the National String Instrument Corporation. Mandolin
A mandolin ( it, mandolino ; literally "small mandola") is a stringed musical instrument in the lute family and is generally plucked with a pick. It most commonly has four courses of doubled strings tuned in unison, thus giving a total of 8 strings, although five (10 strings) and six (12 strings) course versions also exist. Bouzouki
The bouzouki (, also ; el, μπουζούκι ; alt. pl. ''bouzoukia'', from Greek ), also spelled buzuki or buzuci, is a musical instrument popular in Greece. It is a member of the long-necked lute family, with a round body with a flat top and a long neck with a fretted fingerboard. It has steel strings and is played with a plectrum producing a sharp metallic sound, reminiscent of a mandolin but pitched lower. Hammond Organ
The Hammond organ is an electric organ invented by Laurens Hammond and John M. Hanert and first manufactured in 1935. Multiple models have been produced, most of which use sliding drawbars to vary sounds. Until 1975, Hammond organs generated sound by creating an electric current from rotating a metal tonewheel near an electromagnetic pickup, and then strengthening the signal with an amplifier to drive a speaker cabinet. The organ is commonly used with the Leslie speaker. Around two million Hammond organs have been manufactured.
