The Breaks (TV Series)
''The Breaks'' is an American drama television series created by Dan Charnas and Seith Mann, serving as a continuation of the 2016 television film '' The Breaks''. The series stars Afton Williamson, Wood Harris, Tristan Wilds, Antoine Harris, David Call, Evan Handler, and Melonie Diaz. The series premiered on VH1 on February 20, 2017. In April 2017, the series was renewed for a second season that would have aired on BET, but BET announced that it had cancelled the series renewal in late November. Teyana Me Shay Jacqueli Shumpert ( Taylor; born December 10, 1990) is an American singer, actress, dancer and choreographer. In 2005, she signed a record deal with Pharrell Williams' Star Trak Entertainment imprint. Afterwards, she choreographed the music video for "Ring the Alarm" by Beyoncé.
