The Boulet Brothers' Dragula (season 3)
The third season of ''The Boulet Brothers' Dragula'' premiered on August 27, 2019, and concluded on October 28, 2019. The competition was broadcast on Amazon Prime in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, OutTV in Canada and Netflix in the United States. The series featured 11 contestants, including a drag king and a AFAB drag artist, competing for the title of ''World's Next Drag Super-Monster'' and a cash prize of $25,000. On December 5, 2017, OutTV and Boulet Brothers Productions announced that the third season had been greenlit. The Boulet Brothers announced via Twitter on February 23, 2018, that casting would be starting soon and used the hashtag "Season of the Witch". Landon Cider (born Kristine Bellaluna) is an American drag king, actor and host. He won season 3 of ''The Boulet Brothers' Dragula'' and was crowned the "World's Next Drag Supermonster". Early life and background Kristine Bellaluna was born and raised in Los Angeles, and performs under the name Landon Cider. Bellaluna began her career as a theatre actor in Southern California. She took a hiatus from theatre following the death of her mother, and later became interested in drag after attending drag shows at the Starlette Revue. In an interview with ''Gay Times'', Cider cited male impersonator Vesta Tilley, Australian drag king Sexy Galexy and lesbian icon Stormé DeLarverie as inspirations. Maxi Glamour is a non-binary multi-disciplinary drag artist from St. Louis, Missouri, and the self-titled "Demon Queen of Polka and Baklava". Career Qu'art Glamour founded the St. Louis-based Qu'art in 2014 and organizes shows that promote diversity in the queer arts scene, citing PLUR (Peace Love Unity Respect) from the raver scene as an influence.
