Filippo Walter Ratti
Filippo Walter Ratti (1914–1981) was an Italian screenwriter and film director. After working as an assistant director for several years, he made his directoral debut in 1946. The following year he directed the biopic ''Eleonora Duse (film), Eleonora Duse''. Renato Chiantoni
Renato Chiantoni (19 April 1906 – 24 December 1979) was an Italian actor. He appeared in 100 films between 1937 and 1978. Born in Brescia, the son of the stage actor Amedeo, Chiantoni debuted on stage entering several drama and revue companies. He was later active as an actor of radio dramas. Very active in films as a character actor since the 1930s, after World War II Chiantoni also worked as a director of production and as a documentary director. Lia Di Leo
Lia Anna Di Leo (22 July 1923 – 15 December 2006) was an Italian actress and model. She entered the 1951 Miss Italy contest and then began acting in films, generally playing glamorous supporting roles. Di Leo's parents died while she was very young, and as a result she raised her two younger twin brothers, Marion and Tony. After marrying in 1957 she retired from the screen and moved to the United States, where she worked as a sculptor. She died in Palm Springs, California on 15 December 2006, at the age of 83. The lira (; plural lire) was the currency of Italy between 1861 and 2002. It was first introduced by the Napoleonic Kingdom of Italy in 1807 at par with the French franc, and was subsequently adopted by the different states that would eventually form the Kingdom of Italy in 1861. It was subdivided into 100 ''centesimi'' (singular: ''centesimo''), which means "hundredths" or "cents". The lira was also the currency of the Albanian Kingdom from 1941 to 1943. The term originates from ''libra'', the largest unit of the Carolingian monetary system used in Western Europe and elsewhere from the 8th to the 20th century. The Carolingian system is the origin of the French ''livre tournois'' (predecessor of the franc), the Italian lira, and the pound unit of sterling and related currencies.
