The Wiseguys were a British electronic duo active in the mid to late 1990s. They produced the song " Start the Commotion", which was featured in a Mitsubishi TV advertisement, as well as the films ''The Lizzie McGuire Movie ''The Lizzie McGuire Movie'' is a 2003 American Teen film, teen comedy film directed by Jim Fall. The film serves as the finale of the Disney Channel Lizzie McGuire, television series of the same name, and was the first theatrical film based on ...'', ''Zoolander'' and ''Kangaroo Jack''. Theo Keating, also known as Fake Blood and Touché, is an English DJ, musician and music producer who made his name as one half of the Wiseguys, a British hip hop/big beat group, together with Paul Eve. Some of their best-known songs are " Start the Commotion" and " Ooh La La" (not to be confused with the Goldfrapp song of the same name), which were used in commercials for Mitsubishi and Budweiser, respectively. Keating's current project is a duo called the Black Ghosts where he performs with Simon William Lord, formerly a founding member of rock band Simian. First released as a single in 1998, it peaked at number 55 on the UK Singles Chart, but a re-release the following year proved highly successful after its inclusion in a Budweiser advertisement, this time reaching number two on the UK chart. The original release also reached number 87 in the Netherlands, while the re-release peaked at number seven in Iceland. Composition The song has a BPM of 124.
