''Texas Hold 'em'' is an Xbox Live Arcade version of the popular poker variant of the same name developed by TikGames. It was released on August 23, 2006 and was the first XBLA game to be offered as a free download (for a limited time). After 48 hours, it was no longer a free download. It was also made available on the Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged Vol. 1 disc, which is available for retail purchase as well as bundled with Xbox 360 Premium consoles and Zune 3.0 firmware. The game features three single player modes, including standard play, tournament play, and scenarios. Zune is a discontinued line of digital media products and services marketed by Microsoft from November 2006 until its discontinuation in June 2012. Xbox Live Vision is a webcam accessory that was developed as an accessory for the Xbox 360 video game console. It was announced at E3 2006 and was released in North America on September 19, 2006, Europe and Asia on October 2, 2006, and Japan on November 2, 2006. Texas hold 'em (also known as Texas holdem, hold 'em, and holdem) is one of the most popular variants of the card game of poker. Two cards, known as hole cards, are dealt face down to each player, and then five Community card poker, community cards are dealt face up in three stages.
