Terry Alexander (born January 23, 1955) is an American politician. He is a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 59th District, serving since 2007. He is a member of the Democratic party. Alexander is 2nd Vice Chair of the House Education and Public Works Committee and serves on the Regulations and Administrative Procedures Committee. Florence is a city in and the county seat of Florence County, South Carolina, United States. It lies at the intersection of Interstates 20 and 95 and is the eastern terminus of the former. The South Carolina House of Representatives is the lower house of the South Carolina General Assembly. It consists of 124 representatives elected to two-year terms at the same time as U.S. congressional elections.
