Terrence Holt
Terrence DaQuay Holt (born March 5, 1980) is a former American football safety. He was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the 5th round (137th overall) of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at North Carolina State University. Holt was also a member of the Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, and New Orleans Saints. He is the younger brother of All-Pro wide receiver Torry Holt. Professional career Detroit Lions Holt played for the Detroit Lions from 2003 to 2006. Arizona Cardinals On March 8, 2007, the Arizona Cardinals signed Holt to a $15 million, 5-year contract. On February 21, 2008, Holt was released by the Cardinals. Carolina Panthers On March 20, 2008, Holt was signed by the Carolina Panthers, but was released on August 30. Safety (American Football Position)
Safety is a position in gridiron football on the defense. The safeties are defensive backs who line up ten to fifteen yards from the line of scrimmage. There are two variations of the position: the free safety and the strong safety. Their duties depend on the defensive scheme. The defensive responsibilities of the safety and cornerback usually involve pass coverage towards the middle and sidelines of the field. While American (11-player) formations generally use two safeties, Canadian (12-player) formations generally have one safety and two defensive halfbacks, a position not used in the American game. Ervin Baldwin (born August 25, 1986) is a former American football defensive end. He has played for the Chicago Bears and Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Bears in the seventh round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Michigan State. Defensive end (DE) is a defensive position in the sport of gridiron football. This position has designated the players at each end of the defensive line, but changes in formation (American football), formations over the years have substantially changed how the position is played. The injured reserve list ( IR list) is a designation used in North American professional sports leagues for athletes who suffer injuries and become unable to play. The exact name of the list varies by league; it is known as "injured reserve" in the National Football League (NFL) and National Hockey League (NHL), the "injured list" in the Canadian Football League (CFL), and the injured list (historically known as the "disabled list") in Major League Baseball (MLB). The National Basketball Association (NBA) does not have a direct analog to an injured reserve list, instead using a more general-purpose "inactive list" that does not require a player to be injured. Zackary Bowman
Zackary Bowman (born November 18, 1984) is a retired American football cornerback. He was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at Nebraska and New Mexico Military Institute. He has also played for the New York Giants and Miami Dolphins. Early years Bowman attended Batesburg-Leesville High in Batesburg, South Carolina, and later attended Bartlett High School in Anchorage, Alaska, and graduated in 2003. College career After Bowman attended New Mexico Military Institute, he attended University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
