Tereza Melecká
Tereza Melecká (born 17 June 1998) is a Czech professional golfer and Ladies European Tour player. She won the 2022 Aramco Team Series – Sotogrande team event together with Jessica Korda and Noora Komulainen. Early life and amateur career Melecká was born in Šternberk and became a member of the Czech National Team, representing her country in two European Girls' Team Championship and five consecutive European Ladies' Team Championships between 2015 and 2021. In 2017, she won the Czech National Match Play Championship. Melecká enrolled at East Tennessee State University in 2017 and joined the East Tennessee State Buccaneers women's golf team, where she won six tournaments and was Southern Conference Player of the Year in 2021. She graduated in May 2021 with a degree in Business Marketing. She was runner up at the Czech Ladies Challenge in 2018 and 2019, and the Montauban Ladies Open in 2021. Šternberk
Šternberk (; (german: (Mährisch-)Sternberg) is a town in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 13,000 inhabitants. The 2021 European Ladies' Team Championship took place 6–10 July at Royal County Down Golf Club, in Newcastle, County Down, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom It was the 38th women's golf amateur European Ladies' Team Championship. The 2020 European Ladies' Team Championship took place 9–12 July at Upsala Golf Club, in Uppsala, Sweden. It was the 37th women's golf amateur European Ladies' Team Championship. Venue The hosting Upsala Golf Club was founded in 1937, the 22nd oldest golf club in Sweden. The course, located in Håmö, 9 kilometres west of the city center of Uppsala, the fourth-largest city in Sweden, was inaugurated in 1965, initially designed by Gregor Paulsson and renovated in 2007–2008 by Canadian golf course architect Robert Kains. The championship course was set up with par 72 over 6,100 yards. Format The 2020 Championship was played in a different season and in a modified format than usual. Pauline Roussin-Bouchard
Pauline Roussin-Bouchard (born 5 July 2000) is a French professional golfer. She was number one in the World Amateur Golf Ranking for 34 weeks in 2020. Amateur career Roussin represented the French National Team from age 14 and won the 2015 European Young Masters both individually and with her team. She played in two Espirito Santo Trophies (2016 and 2018) and six European Girls' Team Championship and European Ladies' Team Championships, winning silver in 2018.
