Terengganu Hockey Team (Malay: Pasukan Hoki ''Terengganu''), is a professional hockey club based in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, Malaysia, that competes in Malaysia Premier League, the first division of the Malaysian Hockey League. The club was founded as Terengganu Hockey Team in 2013. The Malaysia Hockey League (MHL) is a top league competition for field hockey clubs in the Malaysian hockey league system. There are, at present, seven teams in the Malaysia Hockey League. Field Hockey
Field hockey is a team sport structured in standard hockey format, in which each team plays with ten outfield players and a goalkeeper. Teams must drive a round hockey ball by hitting it with a hockey stick towards the rival team's shooting circle and then into the goal. The match is won by the team that scores the most goals. Matches are played on grass, watered turf, artificial turf, synthetic field, or indoor boarded surface. The stick is made of wood, carbon fibre, fibreglass, or a combination of carbon fibre and fibreglass in different quantities. The stick has two sides; one rounded and one flat; only the flat face of the stick is allowed to progress the ball. During play, goalkeepers are the only players allowed to touch the ball with any part of their body. A player's hand is considered part of the stick if holding the stick. Mohammad Fitri bin Saari (born 4 March 1993) is a Malaysian field hockey player. He is the younger brother of Malaysian field hockey player Faizal Saari. In 2011, he made his debut with the senior national team in the inaugural Asian Champions Trophy. Faizal bin Saari (born 13 January 1991) is a Malaysian field hockey player. Currently playing as a striker for Terengganu Hockey Team. Career Club Faizal started his Malaysia Hockey League career with Terengganu Hockey Team. He was the 2011 league top goalscorer with 19 goals. Jung Man-jae (, born 18 November 1990) is a field hockey player from South Korea, who plays as a forward. Career Senior national team Jung made his senior international debut in 2011. In 2014, Jung won a bronze medal at the Asian Games in Incheon.
