''Teoria równoległych wszechświatów'' ( pol. ''The Theory of Parallel Universes'') is a debut album by Polish rapper Medium (currently known as Tau) released on 21 November 2011 by Asfalt Records. The album was entirely rapped, produced and arranged by Medium except three remixes exclusively released on an LP edition which were produced by Qciek, O.S.T.R. and Emade respectively. The album received positive opinions both from listeners and reviewers who praised Medium's way of using various samples and ability to build "wide sound". Despite a little advertising campaign ''Teoria równoległych wszechświatów'' has sold eight thousand copies and Polish hip-hop portal conferred Medium the title of "revelation of the year". Piotr Kowalczyk (Polish pronunciation: ) (born June 25, 1986), better known under his stage name Tau (), and formerly as Medium (), is a Polish rapper, vocalist, beatboxer and hip-hop producer. In 2008, he released his underground debut album ''Seans spirytystyczny'' (''Séance'') under the name Medium. His next underground album ''Alternatywne źródło energii'' (''Alternative Energy Source'') was released in 2010, which helped Medium to be spotted by Marcin "Tytus" Grabski, CEO of Asfalt Records, who offered him a contract. On November 22, 2011, Tau released his official debut album (performing as Medium) titled '' Teoria równoległych wszechświatów'' (''The Theory of Parallel Universes''), which, despite slight promotion, sold over eight thousand copies in Poland. WhoSampled
WhoSampled is a website and app database of information about sampled music or sample-based music, cover songs and remixes. History Nadav Poraz founded the site in London, England in 2008, as a way to track musical samples and cover songs. Mobile apps were released in 2012 and 2014 for iPhone and Android, respectively. The website's database is user-generated and reviewed by moderators before the content goes live. As of 2022, the site's most sampled track is the Amen break from the Winstons. In 2015, the site added support for film and television clips. The following year, it partnered with Spotify and introduced a six degrees of separation-inspired game that tracks relationships between artists, producers, and their tracks. Das EFX is an American hip hop duo. It consists of emcees Dray (also known as Krazy Drayz, born Andre Weston, September 9, 1970) and Skoob (also known as Books and Boogie Bang, born William "Willie" Hines, November 27, 1970). They named themselves "DAS" standing for "Dray and Skoob" and "EFX" meaning "effects". They rose to popularity in the early 1990s due to the duo's stream of consciousness lyrical delivery, which became one of the most influential lyrical styles in rap music at the time; as well as their affiliation with EPMD's Hit Squad. ''Bitches Brew'' is a studio album by American jazz trumpeter, composer, and bandleader Miles Davis. It was recorded from August 19 to 21, 1969, at Columbia's Studio B in New York City and released on March 30, 1970 by Columbia Records. Miles Davis
Miles Dewey Davis III (May 26, 1926September 28, 1991) was an American trumpeter, bandleader, and composer. Keith Jarrett (born May 8, 1945) is an American jazz and classical music pianist and composer. Jarrett started his career with Art Blakey and later moved on to play with Charles Lloyd and Miles Davis. Tony Cottrell, better known as Hi-Tek (born May 5, 1976), is an American rapper and record producer from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is best known for his work with Talib Kweli. His father is singer Willie Cottrell of the Willie Cottrell Band, whom Hi-Tek featured on his second album, ''Hi-Teknology 2''.
