The mixed doubles tennis event of the 2019 Pan American Games was held from July 30 through August 3 at the Club Lawn Tennis de la Exposición in Lima, Peru. Alexa Guarachi and Nicolás Jarry of Chile won the gold medal, defeating Noelia Zeballos and Federico Zeballos of Bolivia in the final, 6–1, 6–3. Anastasia Iamachkine and Sergio Galdós of Peru won the bronze medal, defeating Andrea Weedon and Wilfredo González of Guatemala in the bronze-medal match, 7–5, 6–1. Alexa Guarachi Mathison (; born 17 November 1990) is an American-born Chilean tennis player who specialises in doubles. She reached her career-high doubles ranking of world No. 11 in September 2021, and has won five titles on the WTA Tour, most notably the 2021 Dubai Championships alongside Darija Jurak. Guarachi reached her first Grand Slam final at the 2020 French Open with Desirae Krawczyk, and the pair were also semifinalists at the 2021 US Open. They also qualified for the 2021 WTA Finals.
